The paper suggests a new approach to performance evaluation of universities in Russia and worldwide based on aggregation the results ten global rankings Database External Quality Assurance Results (DEQAR). method league analysis (MetALeague) allows authors integrate diverse ranking regardless considerable variations methodology indicators.
